Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps, and related services provided by Crystal Interactive Entertainment LLC ("Crystal", "we", "us", or "our"), including GymTimer, GymMacros, Eepy, Word Legends, and crystalinteractiveentertainment.com. Effective date: June 11, 2026.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. The Apps

GymTimer is a workout interval timer for work/rest rounds, workout presets, workout history, streaks, reminders, themes, sound cues, and optional Pro subscription features.

GymMacros is a fitness, nutrition, macro, meal logging, and body metrics app. It may include local tracking, account sign-in, Firebase sync, profile and meal photos, barcode scanning, nutrition-label scanning, reminders, ads, and optional Pro subscription features.

Eepy is a sleep and relaxation sound app for calming audio, playback controls, favorites, play history, streaks and badges, reminder notifications, app appearance settings, cross-promotions, ads for free users, and optional Pro subscription features.

Word Legends is a word puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. It does not currently require an account and may include an optional local display name, gameplay progress, streaks, reminders, banner ads, and a one-time Remove Ads purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

4. Accounts and Security

Some services, such as GymMacros, may let you sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple. Other apps, including GymTimer, Eepy, and Word Legends, do not currently require an account. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or device has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for keeping your device, app store account, and login methods secure.

5. Health, Fitness, Nutrition, and Safety

GymTimer and GymMacros are for general fitness organization, motivation, and tracking only. Eepy is for relaxation, ambience, and personal sleep-routine support only. Our apps do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, personal training, or emergency services.

Calculators and estimates, including BMI, BMR, body fat, macros, one-rep max, nutrition estimates, timers, reminders, OCR/text recognition, barcode lookups, food databases, and streaks may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Review and correct information before relying on it.

You are responsible for exercising safely, changing diet or health routines responsibly, consulting a qualified professional where appropriate, and stopping activity if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms. Do not use audio playback where it could distract you from safety-sensitive activities such as driving or operating machinery.

6. User Content and Local Data

You are responsible for the information, meal entries, photos, barcodes, profile data, local display names, workout records, sound history, puzzle progress, and other content you enter, upload, or store through the services. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

For content you upload or sync, you grant Crystal a limited license to host, store, process, sync, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and support the services.

Data stored only on your device may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, replace your device, change devices, or experience device storage failure. Apps without a stated cloud sync or account backup system may not be able to restore local data.

7. Barcode and Nutrition-Label Data

GymMacros may use Open Food Facts or other third-party food databases for barcode lookup. These databases may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nutrition-label text recognition may misread values, serving sizes, ingredients, or other text.

You should review and correct nutrition data before relying on it. Crystal is not responsible for errors in third-party food data, OCR/text recognition, or user-entered nutrition information.

8. Subscriptions, Purchases, Billing, and Restore Purchases

GymTimer, GymMacros, and Eepy may offer Pro subscriptions or in-app purchases. Pro may remove ads and unlock features such as workout presets, themes or timer faces, history features, streak restore perks, appearance features, and other features shown in the app. Word Legends offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase and does not currently include recurring billing.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to manage subscription status, entitlements, pricing, offerings, receipts, and restore purchase status. We do not directly process full payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account before renewal. Prices, trial availability, billing periods, taxes, subscription features, purchase features, and promotions may change, subject to app store rules and applicable law. Refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, payment methods, and taxes are generally handled by the relevant app store according to its policies. Restore purchase functionality is available where supported.

For iOS users, Apple is not a party to these Terms, but you must follow Apple App Store terms and Apple handles applicable purchase and refund processes. For Android users, Google Play terms apply to Android purchases and subscriptions.

9. Ads and Free Version

Free users may see ads served by Google Mobile Ads or AdMob. Ads and third-party links may be provided by external services. Crystal is not responsible for third-party websites, app stores, ads, services, or their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.

You must not interfere with ads, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, entitlement checks, or restore purchase systems.

10. Notifications and Device Settings

Reminders are optional and may be controlled in the app where available or through device settings. Reminder delivery depends on your permission, device settings, operating system behavior, device clock, time zone, network state, battery settings, and other factors. We cannot guarantee notifications will be delivered on time or at all.

11. Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms, Crystal grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps and services for personal, non-commercial use unless we give you written permission otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

Crystal or its licensors own the apps, software, branding, artwork, user interface, images, icons, sounds, audio assets, text, design, and other content, except for your content and third-party materials. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

13. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, violate laws, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass ads, purchases, subscriptions, or paywalls, access systems without authorization, disrupt or burden the services, use third-party services in violation of their terms, interfere with other users, or use the services in a way that harms Crystal, service providers, or others.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may rely on or link to third parties such as Firebase, Google, Apple, RevenueCat, AdMob, Open Food Facts, Expo, Netlify, app stores, platform services, and other websites or services. These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Crystal does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

15. Updates, Changes, and Availability

Features, prices, availability, app content, ads, purchase offerings, subscription offerings, cloud sync, barcode lookup, notification behavior, and other services may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise that any feature will be available forever or that the services will work uninterrupted, error-free, or on every device.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the services, or where otherwise permitted by law. You may stop using the services at any time. To request deletion of GymMacros account or cloud data, contact support@crystalinteractiveentertainment.com.

17. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYSTAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee that calculations, nutrition data, OCR/text recognition, barcode lookup, timers, reminders, sync, subscriptions, purchases, ads, audio playback, streaks, or other features will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYSTAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, DEVICE FAILURE, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, U.S.A., unless applicable law requires a different forum.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
